قُلْ Say qul We believed āmannā in Allah bil-lahi and what wamā (is) revealed unzila on us ʿalaynā and what wamā was revealed unzila on ʿalā Ibrahim ib'rāhīma and Ishmael wa-is'māʿīla and Isaac wa-is'ḥāqa and Yaqub wayaʿqūba and the descendents wal-asbāṭi and what wamā was given ūtiya (to) Musa mūsā and Isa waʿīsā and the Prophets wal-nabiyūna from min their Lord rabbihim Not lā we make distinction nufarriqu between bayna any aḥadin of them min'hum and we wanaḥnu to Him lahu (are) submissive mus'limūna
Say, "We have believed in Allāh and in what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and the Descendants [al-Asbāṭ], and in what was given to Moses and Jesus and to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims [submitting] to Him."
وَمَن And whoever waman seeks yabtaghi other than ghayra [the] Islam l-is'lāmi (as) religion dīnan then never falan will be accepted yuq'bala from him min'hu and he wahuwa in fī the Hereafter l-ākhirati (will be) from mina the losers l-khāsirīna
And whoever desires other than Islām as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers.
كَيْفَ How kayfa (shall) guide yahdī Allah l-lahu a people qawman (who) disbelieved kafarū after baʿda their belief īmānihim and (had) witnessed washahidū that anna the Messenger l-rasūla (is) true ḥaqqun and came to them wajāahumu the clear proofs l-bayinātu And Allah wal-lahu (does) not lā guide yahdī the people l-qawma [the] wrongdoers l-ẓālimīna
How shall Allāh guide a people who disbelieved after their belief and had witnessed that the Messenger is true and clear signs had come to them? And Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ Those ulāika their recompense jazāuhum that anna on them ʿalayhim (is the) curse laʿnata (of) Allah l-lahi and the Angels wal-malāikati and the people wal-nāsi all together ajmaʿīna
Those - their recompense will be that upon them is the curse of Allāh and the angels and the people, all together,
خَـٰلِدِينَ (They will) abide forever khālidīna in it fīhā Not lā will be lightened yukhaffafu for them ʿanhumu the punishment l-ʿadhābu and not walā they hum will be reprieved yunẓarūna
Abiding eternally therein. The punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved,
إِلَّا Except illā those who alladhīna repent tābū from min after baʿdi that dhālika and reform[ed] themselves wa-aṣlaḥū Then indeed fa-inna Allah l-laha (is) Oft-Forgiving ghafūrun Most Merciful raḥīmun
Except for those who repent after that1 and correct themselves. For indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
إِنَّ Indeed inna those who alladhīna disbelieved kafarū after baʿda their belief īmānihim then thumma they increased iz'dādū (in) disbelief kuf'ran never lan will be accepted tuq'bala their repentance tawbatuhum and those wa-ulāika they humu (are) those who have gone astray l-ḍālūna
Indeed, those who disbelieve [i.e., reject the message] after their belief and then increase in disbelief - never will their [claimed] repentance be accepted, and they are the ones astray.
إِنَّ Indeed inna those who alladhīna disbelieve[d] kafarū and died wamātū while they wahum (are) disbelievers kuffārun then never falan will be accepted yuq'bala from min any one of them aḥadihim full mil'u earth l-arḍi (of) gold dhahaban [and] (even) if walawi he offered as ransom if'tadā it bihi Those ulāika for them lahum (is) a punishment ʿadhābun painful alīmun and not wamā (will be) for them lahum any min helpers nāṣirīna
Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the [whole] capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would [seek to] ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.
