أَلَآ

No doubt

alā

إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

أَوْلِيَآءَ

(the) friends

awliyāa

ٱللَّهِ

(of) Allah

l-lahi

لَا

(there will be) no

خَوْفٌ

fear

khawfun

عَلَيْهِمْ

upon then

ʿalayhim

وَلَا

and not

walā

هُمْ

they

hum

يَحْزَنُونَ

will grieve

yaḥzanūna

٦٢

Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allāh there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve -

— Saheeh International

ٱلَّذِينَ

Those who

alladhīna

ءَامَنُوا۟

believe

āmanū

وَكَانُوا۟

and are

wakānū

يَتَّقُونَ

conscious (of Allah)

yattaqūna

٦٣

Those who believed and were fearing Allāh.

— Saheeh International

لَهُمُ

For them

lahumu

ٱلْبُشْرَىٰ

(are) the glad tidings

l-bush'rā

فِى

in

ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ

the life

l-ḥayati

ٱلدُّنْيَا

(of) the world

l-dun'yā

وَفِى

and in

wafī

ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚ

the Hereafter

l-ākhirati

لَا

No

تَبْدِيلَ

change

tabdīla

لِكَلِمَـٰتِ

(is there) in the Words

likalimāti

ٱللَّهِ ۚ

(of) Allah

l-lahi

ذَٰلِكَ

That

dhālika

هُوَ

is

huwa

ٱلْفَوْزُ

the success

l-fawzu

ٱلْعَظِيمُ

the great

l-ʿaẓīmu

٦٤

For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter. No change is there in the words [i.e., decrees] of Allāh. That is what is the great attainment.

— Saheeh International

وَلَا

And (let) not

walā

يَحْزُنكَ

grieve you

yaḥzunka

قَوْلُهُمْ ۘ

their speech

qawluhum

إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

ٱلْعِزَّةَ

the honor

l-ʿizata

لِلَّهِ

(belongs) to Allah

lillahi

جَمِيعًا ۚ

all

jamīʿan

هُوَ

He

huwa

ٱلسَّمِيعُ

(is) the All-Hearer

l-samīʿu

ٱلْعَلِيمُ

the All-Knower

l-ʿalīmu

٦٥

And let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, honor [due to power] belongs to Allāh entirely. He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

— Saheeh International

أَلَآ

No doubt

alā

إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

لِلَّهِ

to Allah (belongs)

lillahi

مَن

whoever

man

فِى

(is) in

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ

the heavens

l-samāwāti

وَمَن

and whoever

waman

فِى

(is) in

ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ

the earth

l-arḍi

وَمَا

And not

wamā

يَتَّبِعُ

follow

yattabiʿu

ٱلَّذِينَ

those who

alladhīna

يَدْعُونَ

invoke

yadʿūna

مِن

other than Allah

min

دُونِ

other than Allah

dūni

ٱللَّهِ

other than Allah

l-lahi

شُرَكَآءَ ۚ

partners

shurakāa

إِن

Not

in

يَتَّبِعُونَ

they follow

yattabiʿūna

إِلَّا

but

illā

ٱلظَّنَّ

the assumption

l-ẓana

وَإِنْ

and not

wa-in

هُمْ

they

hum

إِلَّا

but

illā

يَخْرُصُونَ

guess

yakhruṣūna

٦٦

Unquestionably, to Allāh belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth. And those who invoke other than Allāh do not [actually] follow [His] "partners." They follow not except assumption, and they are not but misjudging.

— Saheeh International

هُوَ

He

huwa

ٱلَّذِى

(is) the One Who

alladhī

جَعَلَ

made

jaʿala

لَكُمُ

for you

lakumu

ٱلَّيْلَ

the night

al-layla

لِتَسْكُنُوا۟

that you may rest

litaskunū

فِيهِ

in it

fīhi

وَٱلنَّهَارَ

and the day

wal-nahāra

مُبْصِرًا ۚ

giving visibility

mub'ṣiran

إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

فِى

in

ذَٰلِكَ

that

dhālika

لَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢ

surely (are) Signs

laāyātin

لِّقَوْمٍۢ

for a people

liqawmin

يَسْمَعُونَ

(who) listen

yasmaʿūna

٦٧

It is He who made for you the night to rest therein and the day, giving sight.1 Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen.

— Saheeh International

قَالُوا۟

They say

qālū

ٱتَّخَذَ

Allah has taken

ittakhadha

ٱللَّهُ

Allah has taken

l-lahu

وَلَدًۭا ۗ

a son

waladan

سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥ ۖ

Glory be to Him

sub'ḥānahu

هُوَ

He

huwa

ٱلْغَنِىُّ ۖ

(is) the Self-sufficient

l-ghaniyu

لَهُۥ

To Him (belongs)

lahu

مَا

whatever

فِى

(is) in

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ

the heavens

l-samāwāti

وَمَا

and whatever

wamā

فِى

(is) in

ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ

the earth

l-arḍi

إِنْ

Not

in

عِندَكُم

you have

ʿindakum

مِّن

any

min

سُلْطَـٰنٍۭ

authority

sul'ṭānin

بِهَـٰذَآ ۚ

for this

bihādhā

أَتَقُولُونَ

Do you say

ataqūlūna

عَلَى

about

ʿalā

ٱللَّهِ

Allah

l-lahi

مَا

what

لَا

not

تَعْلَمُونَ

you know

taʿlamūna

٦٨

They1 have said, "Allāh has taken a son." Exalted is He; He is the [one] Free of need. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. You have no authority2 for this [claim]. Do you say about Allāh that which you do not know?

— Saheeh International

قُلْ

Say

qul

إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

ٱلَّذِينَ

those who

alladhīna

يَفْتَرُونَ

invent

yaftarūna

عَلَى

against

ʿalā

ٱللَّهِ

Allah

l-lahi

ٱلْكَذِبَ

the lie

l-kadhiba

لَا

they will not succeed

يُفْلِحُونَ

they will not succeed

yuf'liḥūna

٦٩

Say, "Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allāh will not succeed."

— Saheeh International

مَتَـٰعٌۭ

An enjoyment

matāʿun

فِى

in

ٱلدُّنْيَا

the world

l-dun'yā

ثُمَّ

then

thumma

إِلَيْنَا

to Us

ilaynā

مَرْجِعُهُمْ

(is) their return

marjiʿuhum

ثُمَّ

then

thumma

نُذِيقُهُمُ

We will make them taste

nudhīquhumu

ٱلْعَذَابَ

the punishment

l-ʿadhāba

ٱلشَّدِيدَ

the severe

l-shadīda

بِمَا

because

bimā

كَانُوا۟

they used to

kānū

يَكْفُرُونَ

disbelieve

yakfurūna

٧٠

[For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve.

— Saheeh International
