وَٱذْكُرُوا۟ And remember wa-udh'kurū (the) Favor niʿ'mata (of) Allah l-lahi upon you ʿalaykum and His covenant wamīthāqahu which alladhī He bound you wāthaqakum with [it] bihi when idh you said qul'tum We heard samiʿ'nā and we obeyed wa-aṭaʿnā and fear wa-ittaqū Allah l-laha Indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) All-Knower ʿalīmun of what bidhāti (is in) the breasts l-ṣudūri
And remember the favor of Allāh upon you and His covenant with which He bound you when you said, "We hear and we obey"; and fear Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is Knowing of that within the breasts.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O you yāayyuhā who alladhīna believe āmanū Be kūnū steadfast qawwāmīna for Allah lillahi (as) witnesses shuhadāa in justice bil-qis'ṭi and let not walā prevent you yajrimannakum hatred shanaānu (of) a people qawmin [upon] ʿalā that not allā you do justice taʿdilū Be just iʿ'dilū it huwa (is) nearer aqrabu to [the] piety lilttaqwā And fear wa-ittaqū Allah l-laha indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) All-Aware khabīrun of what bimā you do taʿmalūna
O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm for Allāh, witnesses in justice, and do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness. And fear Allāh; indeed, Allāh is [fully] Aware of what you do.
وَعَدَ Has promised waʿada Allah l-lahu those who alladhīna believe āmanū and do waʿamilū the righteous deeds l-ṣāliḥāti for them lahum (is) forgiveness maghfiratun and a reward wa-ajrun great ʿaẓīmun
Allāh has promised those who believe and do righteous deeds [that] for them there is forgiveness and great reward.
وَٱلَّذِينَ And those who wa-alladhīna disbelieve kafarū and deny wakadhabū Our Signs biāyātinā those ulāika (are the) companions aṣḥābu (of) the Hellfire l-jaḥīmi
But those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of Hellfire.
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O you yāayyuhā who alladhīna believe āmanū Remember udh'kurū (the) Favor niʿ'mata (of) Allah l-lahi upon you ʿalaykum when idh determined hamma a people qawmun that an they stretch yabsuṭū towards you ilaykum their hands aydiyahum but He restrained fakaffa their hands aydiyahum from you ʿankum And fear wa-ittaqū Allah l-laha And upon waʿalā Allah l-lahi so let put the trust falyatawakkali the believers l-mu'minūna
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allāh upon you when a people determined to extend their hands [in aggression] against you, but He withheld their hands from you; and fear Allāh. And upon Allāh let the believers rely.
