يَـٰبُنَىَّ O my son yābunayya Establish aqimi the prayer l-ṣalata and enjoin wamur [with] the right bil-maʿrūfi and forbid wa-in'ha from ʿani the wrong l-munkari and be patient wa-iṣ'bir over ʿalā what mā befalls you aṣābaka Indeed inna that dhālika (is) of min the matters requiring determination ʿazmi the matters requiring determination l-umūri
O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, [all] that is of the matters [requiring] resolve.1
