مَن Whoever man comes jāa with a good (deed) bil-ḥasanati then for him falahu (will be) better khayrun than it min'hā and whoever waman comes jāa with an evil (deed) bil-sayi-ati then not falā will be recompensed yuj'zā those who alladhīna do ʿamilū the evil (deeds) l-sayiāti except illā what mā they used (to) kānū do yaʿmalūna
Whoever comes [on the Day of Judgement] with a good deed will have better than it; and whoever comes with an evil deed - then those who did evil deeds will not be recompensed except [as much as] what they used to do.
