أَمَّنْ Or Who amman has created khalaqa the heavens l-samāwāti and the earth wal-arḍa and sent down wa-anzala for you lakum from mina the sky l-samāi water māan And We caused to grow fa-anbatnā thereby bihi gardens ḥadāiqa of beauty (and delight) dhāta of beauty (and delight) bahjatin not mā it is kāna for you lakum that an you cause to grow tunbitū their trees shajarahā Is there any god a-ilāhun with maʿa Allah l-lahi Nay bal they hum (are) a people qawmun who ascribe equals yaʿdilūna
[More precisely], is He [not best] who created the heavens and the earth and sent down for you rain from the sky, causing to grow thereby gardens of joyful beauty which you could not [otherwise] have grown the trees thereof? Is there a deity with Allāh?1 [No], but they are a people who ascribe equals [to Him].
