فَإِن So if fa-in you are kunta in fī doubt shakkin of what mimmā We have revealed anzalnā to you ilayka then ask fasali those who alladhīna (have been) reading yaqraūna the Book l-kitāba before you min before you qablika Verily laqad has come to you jāaka the truth l-ḥaqu from min your Lord rabbika so (do) not falā be takūnanna among mina the doubters l-mum'tarīna
So if you are in doubt, [O Muḥammad], about that which We have revealed to you, then ask those who have been reading the Scripture before you. The truth has certainly come to you from your Lord, so never be among the doubters.
وَلَا And (do) not walā be takūnanna of mina those who alladhīna deny kadhabū (the) Signs of Allah biāyāti (the) Signs of Allah l-lahi then you will be fatakūna among mina the losers l-khāsirīna
And never be of those who deny the signs of Allāh and [thus] be among the losers.
إِنَّ Indeed inna those [whom] alladhīna has become due ḥaqqat on them ʿalayhim (the) Word kalimatu (of) your Lord rabbika will not lā believe yu'minūna
Indeed, those upon whom the word [i.e., decree] of your Lord has come into effect will not believe,
وَلَوْ Even if walaw comes to them jāathum every kullu Sign āyatin until ḥattā they see yarawū the punishment l-ʿadhāba the painful l-alīma
Even if every sign should come to them, until they see the painful punishment.
