وَإِن And if wa-in they deny you kadhabūka then say faqul For me lī (are) my deeds ʿamalī and for you walakum (are) your deeds ʿamalukum You antum (are) disassociated barīūna from what mimmā I do aʿmalu and I am wa-anā disassociated barīon from what mimmā you do taʿmalūna
And if they deny you, [O Muḥammad], then say, "For me are my deeds, and for you are your deeds. You are disassociated from what I do, and I am disassociated from what you do."
وَمِنْهُم And among them wamin'hum (are some) who man listen yastamiʿūna to you ilayka But (can) you afa-anta cause the deaf to hear tus'miʿu cause the deaf to hear l-ṣuma even though walaw they [were] kānū (do) not lā use reason yaʿqilūna
And among them are those who listen to you. But can you cause the deaf to hear [i.e., benefit from this hearing], although they will not use reason?
وَمِنْهُم And among them wamin'hum (are some) who man look yanẓuru at you ilayka But (can) you afa-anta guide tahdī the blind l-ʿum'ya even though walaw they [were] kānū (do) not lā see yub'ṣirūna
And among them are those who look at you. But can you guide the blind although they will not [attempt to] see?
إِنَّ Indeed inna Allah l-laha (does) not lā wrong yaẓlimu the people l-nāsa (in) anything shayan but walākinna the people l-nāsa wrong themselves anfusahum wrong themselves yaẓlimūna
Indeed, Allāh does not wrong the people at all, but it is the people who are wronging themselves.
